Love the taste of Alaskan Snow Crab but wish you didn't have to work so hard for so little? Not your grocery store or all-you-can-eat-buffet variety; these are giant. Twice the size, half the work, and double the meat! 100% wild-caught, pre-cooked, and brine-frozen.
Pre-cooked. Simply heat and eat. Or, if you prefer it cold, just thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
- Bake/Broil at 400° F for 15 min
- Grill for 15 min
- Boil or Steam for 6 min
Bairdi snow crab are sweeter than, and roughly 2x the size of their cousin species, Opelio. We recommend 1 - 1.5 lbs per adult per meal. Properly frozen crab will maintain freshness for over a year. So, whether you're a ravenous crab lover or plan to eat slowly over time, you're in good claws...er, hands.
