Refund Policy
We stand behind our quality and we're confident that you'll love our seafood! If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receipt to receive a full refund or free replacement product. Note that it's normal for a box of crab to sometimes have a few broken pieces.
To start a refund, contact us at ryan.marsh@alaskafishcrab.com. Please make sure you reference your order number and whether you'd like a refund or a replacement product. We'll make it right.
To help us make things right as quickly as possible, please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and let us know if you are dissatisfied. Your enjoyment is our first priority. There's no reason you shouldn't have a fantastic, true Alaskan experience!
Refund Timing
Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post a refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since you've requested a refund, please contact us at ryan.marsh@alaskafishcrab.com.
